A typical coaching relationship lasts for six sessions spread over 12 weeks. This timeline provides plenty of space for you to reflect, explore, and begin practicing the strategies and tools we develop together. It’s designed to create meaningful, lasting changes at a pace that works for you.  


I trained with the Positive Psychology Guild, where I earned a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Coaching with distinction.  I am also a proud member of the Positive Psychology Guild, which means I adhere to their professional standards and ethical guidelines.
