I'm a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Coach who spent 17 years in London's fast-paced media industry, leading teams and working with some of the UK's highest-spending advertisers. I know what it takes to deliver high-stakes campaigns, exceed targets, and lead effectively under pressure.
I also know what it costs when you're achieving by every external measure but have lost connection with what truly matters.
That realisation led me back to my passion for psychology, a subject I first studied at university, and inspired me to train as a Coach and Practitioner of Positive Psychology. Today, my work brings together real-world leadership experience and evidence-based tools to help ambitious professionals and leaders create meaningful, lasting change.
My coaching is practical, forward-focused, and rooted in genuine connection. Each session builds momentum, turning reflection into action and helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity in both leadership and life.
