With a background in media, I spent years in the fast-paced world of sales, marketing, and communications. But over time, I became more interested in what lies beneath performance—what truly helps people thrive.
Early on, I trained as a Samaritan. Those late-night shifts taught me the quiet power of truly listening. When someone feels seen and heard without judgment, something shifts. The late psychologist Carl Rogers called it unconditional positive regard—meeting someone exactly where they are, with compassion and respect. This principle remains with me and sits at the heart of how I coach.
Though I studied psychology at university, it wasn’t until 2022 that I returned to this path—training as a coach and Practitioner of Positive Psychology. Today, I bring together lived experience and science-backed tools to support meaningful, sustainable growth.
My coaching is rooted in authenticity, strengths-based development, and helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
